Julian Mom's Night Out

Everyone is invited May 17th! Future Julian moms can meet up with each other as well as current Julian moms at this fun night out on Marion Street. Support Julian's PTO at the same time. See the flyer for details. 


Volunteers Needed for 5th Grade Ceremony

The 5th Grade Transition Ceremony is Thursday, May 31st and we need your help to make it special! Volunteer parents from all grade levels are needed to provide food donations, decorating, food service during the event and clean-up afterwards. 

Food donations must be store-bought or have a list of ingredients. If possible, avoid items with nuts. A nut/gluten free table will be provided.

Volunteer shifts:

12-1:30 pm: Decorating/Food Set-up

1:45-2:45 pm: Food Service

2:45-3:15 pm: Clean-up

Order Classroom Supply Kits for Next Fall

It's time to place your order for supply kits for next fall. We are using a new vendor this year, local green store Green Home Experts. Download the order form here and note: checks should be made out to "Green Home Experts". You can mail your oder to Green Home Experts or drop it off at school. Questions? Mann Variety Show
Friday, May 18th

Tickets: The show has once again sold out! Thank you to all for your support. Tickets can be picked up in the school lobby at the following times*:

Tues., May 15: Drop-off (until 8:15 am) and pick-up (until 3:15 pm)

Thurs., May 17: Drop-off (until 8:15 am)

Fri., May 18: Drop-off (until 8:15 am) and pick-up (until 3:15 pm)

*IMPORTANT: If your child is picking up the tickets, they must have a note from a parent.

You may also pick up tickets the night of the show at Julian. 

Additional Info: If you'd like to order a DVD of the show, or order a bouquet of flowers for your performer, forms are available here. Place a Well-Wisher ad in the program using this order form. Baked goods are also needed for the Intermission Bake Sale. Download the Bake Sale flyer here to participate. Contact info for all items above can be found on each order form or flyer.

Schedules: Final performance week schedules will be sent April 30, so if your child is participating, remember all dress and tech rehearsals are required for all performers.

-Remember safety rules at drop-off and pick-up on Berkshire! There is one single drop-off lane - do not drop off children in the middle of the street. Parents must stay with their car. If your child needs to be walked to the building, you must park somewhere else. Please leave immediately after dropping off your child so that another family may safely do the same. More specific safety information is available at http://www.op97.org/mann/Parking.cfm.
